Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Profimod, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent billing experience. Because our software operates on a digital credit and pay-as-you-go system for Profit & Loss calculations, we have a strict policy regarding recharges and refunds.

2. The Digital Wallet System

To understand our refund policy, please note how our billing operates:

  • You are purchasing digital credits to use our analytical software.
  • These credits are consumed strictly based on your usage (e.g., the number of orders processed when you upload your sheets).
  • Because you only pay for what you use, we do not offer refunds for "unused" balances. Remaining credits will stay in your wallet for future use.

3. Failed Transactions & Technical Errors

While successful recharges are non-refundable, we do protect you against technical banking errors:

  • Money Deducted but Credits Not Added: If your bank account or card is charged but the credits do not reflect in your Profimod wallet due to a network or gateway failure, please contact us immediately.
  • Resolution: Upon verification with our payment gateway, we will either manually credit your Profimod wallet or the payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Account Cancellation

Since Profimod does not charge recurring monthly subscription fees, you are free to stop using the software at any time simply by not recharging your wallet. If you request a permanent account deletion, any remaining wallet balance will be permanently forfeited and cannot be claimed as a refund.
